Our client is looking to attract an Experienced Sales Agent who takes pride in their craft, values long term client relationships, and wants to operate within a high performing, service driven environment.
This opportunity is well suited to an agent with a proven sales track record who is ready to refine their performance, strengthen their local profile, and build a sustainable career across the Mickleham area.
The Role:
Conducting appraisals and open for inspections.
Handling phone and email enquires as they come through.
Negotiating with prospective clients.
Conduct daily prospecting activities using CRM, cold calling and door knocking.
Generate new buyer and seller leads.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Deliver a premium client experience throughout every sales campaign.
Ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 - 3 + years real estate sales experience with a proven track record.
Strong knowledge of the Mickleham and surrounding areas.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Ambitious and self motivated.
Team-oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude.
Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
