Experienced Property Managers x2 | $80-85k Base Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance | Perth | Immediate Start

Our client is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for two Senior Property Managers to join their central Perth team. If you’re an experienced PM who loves the industry but is tired of being overloaded with end-to-end tasks, this is the role for you.

You’ll manage a portfolio of 150–180 properties, but with strong support in place so you can focus on high-value work:

• Leasing and onboarding are handled by dedicated staff

• Trust accounting is taken care of

• Routine inspections are covered (you’ll only handle finals)

This is a role where you can operate at your best without the burnout.
