Our client on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a vibrant, close-knit team in a relaxed and supportive office environment.
About the Role:
Manage a previously well organised rent roll of around 175 properties, this role is suited to a PM with 5+ years of PM experience to work alongside the current PM Team.
Full support from a dedicated Trust Accountant and an Assistant for managing renewals, increases, etc.
Work with Property Me software plus Inspection Express with 360 degree cameras.
All properties are 5-10km from the office
Great team culture with events, wineries, boat cruises, etc. Early finish once per month for team activity

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years experience in property management (or strong exposure in an assistant role ready to step up)
Confident with Property Me, Inspection Express (or similar systems) or willing to learn
A positive attitude and great communication skills
Someone who values teamwork and enjoys a relaxed yet professional office
