What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing high-level executive support to the Principal
Managing day-to-day office operations, processes, and compliance
Supporting sales and property management teams with documentation, onboarding, and systems
Coordinating marketing and client communication initiatives
Playing a key role in driving business efficiency and culture
We’re Looking For:
A confident, highly organised EA or Office Manager from real estate or professional services
A natural leader with strong initiative and problem-solving ability
Someone who thrives in a boutique, fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (Rex, Agentbox, etc. a bonus)
