Placed is partnering with a high-performing residential sales business to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant / Sales Operations & Campaign Manager to support the Principal and sales team. This is a pivotal, client-facing role for someone who understands that exceptional sales results start with an exceptional customer experience. You will play a major role in shaping the seller’s journey, acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords and vendors throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
About the Role
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sales execution, campaign strategy and client experience. You’ll be deeply involved in every stage of the sales process — from early campaign discussions through to post-settlement follow-up — ensuring sellers feel informed, confident and exceptionally supported at all times.
You will regularly liaise directly with sellers, confidently discussing styling, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, open home feedback and buyer activity, while keeping the sales team organised and focused.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the client relationship, communicating with confidence, and delivering a premium, white-glove experience that reflects the standards of a high-performing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Seller Liaison (Core Focus)
Act as a key point of contact for landlords and sellers throughout the sales campaign
Deliver a consistently top-tier, professional and proactive client experience
Sales Operations & Campaign Management
Prepare and manage all listing documentation, including Form 6 appointments
Coordinate pre-market preparation including styling, photography, inspections, maintenance and suppliers
Work closely with marketing to execute agreed campaign strategies
Ensure all listings are accurate and launched on time
Executive & Sales Support
Act as a trusted support to the Principal and sales team
Coordinate schedules, appointments and campaign timelines
Ensure seamless handovers between listing, campaign, contract and settlement stages
Contracts, Auctions & Settlement
Prepare contracts and associated documentation
Coordinate settlement inspections, handovers and client gifting
Process & Workflow Excellence
Act as the central coordination point between sales, marketing, admin and suppliers
Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
About You
Strong experience in real estate sales administration, EA or campaign management
Confident and professional communicator, comfortable speaking with landlords and sellers
Strong understanding of sales campaigns, marketing strategies and open home processes
Client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Current certificate of registration or licence
Reliable vehicle and licence
