Are you a proactive, organised and polished EA/PA ready to step into a key support role within a high-performing real estate environment?
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the Principal of a well-known boutique agency on the Gold Coast. You'll be the right-hand support across both business and personal tasks — ensuring their day runs smoothly, clients are cared for, and the team is set up for success.

Your Day Will Include:
Diary and email management for the Director
Liaising with high-value clients and key stakeholders
Preparing documents, presentations, and reports
Coordinating appointments, property-related admin and marketing tasks
Personal errands and occasional travel coordination
Acting as the go-to support for the wider team as needed
You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in an EA/PA or high-level admin role (real estate experience highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and calm approach to problem-solving
Confidence managing competing priorities with professionalism and care
