This is an excellent opportunity for someone just starting out in the real estate industry.
You'll be supported by the Property Manager, allowing you both to work together and for you to learn and grow within the department of a tight knit team.
The Role:
You will be required to assist the property manager with daily tasks, while receiving training and full support:
Assisting the property manager with day to day administration of up to 70 properties.
Carrying out ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
Conducting open for inspections as well as private viewings.
Handling rent arrears.
Assisting in the process of rental applications and preparation of tenancy documents.
Liaising with renters, rental providers and contractors.
Handling maintenance tasks as they come in and delegating to the correct trade.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
Just starting out within the industry and is looking to grow into a property management role with their own portfolio.
Confident commuinicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Team oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude.
Victorian Agent's Representatives Certificate.
Current drivers license and a reliable car.
