Our client is looking for a real Connector - a Property Manager who really cares about both their tenants and their owners!
Working as part of a small team, your skills and hard work will be really appreciated, and you will receive loads of support from a Principal couple who also really care about their staff!
We are seeking an experienced full time PM to work for a well-established agency with a strong local reputation and several offices. You will be overseeing rental arrears, lease renewals and maintenance requirements across a tidy portfolio as well as the usual entry, exit and routine inspections.
About You:
Most important - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and trades
Proven experience in Property Management of at least 1-2 years
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through without being micromanaged
A self-motivated agent who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
