What You'll Be Doing:

• Prospecting for new rental listings and converting leads

• Building relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners

• Conducting rental appraisals and onboarding new managements

• Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless handover

• Representing the brand with professionalism and care

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous BDM or leasing/PM experience with a drive to grow

• QLD Certificate of Registration (or full licence)

• Strong market knowledge and local networking ability

• Confident communication skills and a goal-driven mindset

• A genuine interest in helping clients maximise their property returns
