In just two years, they’ve gone from a home-office start-up to a thriving team of sales agents, PMs and support staff, outgrowing their office and moving into a brand-new 250m² space within the next few months.

This is a business that backs its team with real marketing support, practical tools (yes, even a branded box trailer) and genuinely fun team rituals (like TikTok Tuesdays).

About the Role

This is a commission-only BDM role focused on property management growth but with a difference. You won’t be left to sink or swim. The team here provides full marketing collateral, social media training and an internal 8-week sales program written by the Director herself.

There’s also opportunity to evolve into a sales-focused position or broaden your experience across land sales, buyers agency or vendor advocacy if that’s your jam.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building new managements through your network, referrals and lead gen support

• Converting internal warm leads from the sales team

• Leveraging social media to grow brand presence and generate interest

• Collaborating closely with the Director and wider team to hit growth targets

• Taking part in content creation, networking and community initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience as a BDM or leasing-focused PM

• Confidence with prospecting, relationship-building and conversion

• Energy, creativity and a willingness to show up on camera (or at least have fun with it!)

• A desire to be part of a modern, close-knit team with a collaborative culture

• An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to build something meaningful
