Are you an eager sales associate, either brand new or with minimum 1-2 years experience and ready to grow your career in one of the leading agencies in one of the fastest growing new suburbs in Westen Sydney?

The role primarily involves prospecting using various methods to cultivate your client base, creating, and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting open homes & attending appointments, listing, marketing and selling real estate.

You will shadow experienced agents and receive personalized coaching to ensure you discover your full potential.

Their office is one of the best performing offices in the area and due to growth, now require a sales professional to join the team.

About you :

• Has a strong work ethic, self motivated and results-driven mindset

• Good at prospecting

• Is resilient and hungry for success

• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal

• Professional presentation and a polished, well-groomed appearance

• Wants to build a career in Real Estate Sales

• Holds a current Driver’s licence

• Has their own a reliable car

• Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
