We have exciting opportunities for 2 experienced BDM's to join Boutique Gold Coast agencies in Oxenford and Southport. Our busy clients are looking for proactive development managers who will contribute to their agency's long-term growth and development and play a key part in their residential leasing and property management services all around the Gold Coast. These Principal's really care about you and your personal growth - you will receive training and development opportunities, and will enjoy a vibrant, collaborative work environment.

Salary depends on age and experience, but earnings could be up to $100K + bonuses for the right candidates!

About You:

• As Business Development Manager you will have a minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar sales role not necessarily in Real Estate

• You will ideally be a customer service "Superstar" with a proven track record of successfully prospecting for and acquiring new clients

• Not afraid to pick up the phone!

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills building long-term relationships

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Highly organised with great time management skills

• Real Estate Certificate or License essential

The Role:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients

• You will have warm databases but will also need to identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking

• Developing and implementation of effective marketing and sales strategies

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction for new and existing clients

• Provide guidance with regard to aspects of property management legislation.
