Are you an Experienced Property Manager looking to work with a famous Agency on Brisbane's Southern Bayside?
Our client is a prestigious Agency brand with an office established in Wynnum / Manly and they are on the hunt for 2x Senior Property Mangers to split a portfolio of 300 rentals under management.
Our client is looking for a real Connector - a Property Manager who really cares about both their tenants and their owners!
Working as part of a small team, your skills and hard work will be really appreciated, and you will receive loads of support from a Principal couple who also really care about their staff!
About You:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and trades.
Proven experience in Property Management of at least 2 + years Exp.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through without being micromanaged.
A self-motivated PM who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Technically exceptional and can be left on your own without much assistance.
Experience with QCAT disputes.
Entry and Exit Reporting in this role is part of the Job.
Drivers License
Work car to use in work hours (not to take home).
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
