Senior Property Manager|St Kilda Melbourne |High-End Portfolio | Established Team Environment

An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a highly sought-after Bayside agency, renowned for managing premium properties and delivering outstanding service.

This role will see you overseeing a well-maintained portfolio within a supportive team that collectively manages approximately 350 high-quality properties. You’ll be joining an established office with excellent systems in place, including PropertyMe, and a reputation for excellence in the market.

The Role

• End-to-end management of a portfolio of high-end residential properties

• Work collaboratively with a tight-knit property management team

• Use PropertyMe and IRE to streamline workflow and communication

• Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants

• Coordinate maintenance, routine inspections, arrears, lease renewals, and compliance

• Prepare detailed condition reports and maintain accurate documentation

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6+ years' experience in Property Management

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently and confidently

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration

• Valid driver’s licence

• Strong knowledge of VIC tenancy legislation

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
