As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base in the Ringwood and surrounding areas. This full-time role is based in Ringwood, Victoria 3134 and will see you working closely with the sales and rental teams to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and secure new business ventures.
What you'll be doing -
Actively sourcing new rental listings
Negotiating with potential clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
Rental appraisals
Preparing proposals and presentations to pitch the company's services to prospective clients
Prospecting plans/reporting
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets
What we're looking for -
Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in sales, business development or a related field
Victorian Agents Rep Certificate
Current VIC driver's license and your own vehicle are essential
