Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and listing residential properties
Conducting appraisals and listing presentations
Managing the sales process from listing to settlement
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
Representing our brand with integrity and professionalism
About You
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
Sales experience in real estate (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and eager to learn and grow
Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems
Valid VIC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
