About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Portfolio Management: Oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 170 properties, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team that values mutual support and shared success.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all property management activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
Note: This role does not involve trust accounting, leasing, or business development duties.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management.
Qualifications: A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and tools.
Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a strong client service focus.
