What We’re Looking For:

• Min 2 years of experience in end-to-end property management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisation and time management

• Confident managing maintenance, lease renewals, routine inspections, and arrears

• Experience with PropertyMe or similar platforms preferred

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
