About the Role
As a Junior Property Manager, you will:
Assist in Property Management: Support the senior property management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
Maintenance Coordination: Help coordinate maintenance requests, liaising with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Administrative Support: Manage documentation related to leases, inspections, and property records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Inspections and Reporting: Participate in routine property inspections and assist in preparing detailed reports.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in property management or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications: A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Attributes: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software
