Salary $90K - $95K plus super plus $5K car allowance

Work from home one day per fortnight plus flexible workplace options such as late start or early finish as required

Role Overview
The Senior Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of 150-200 properties, focusing on
Building strong relationships with property owners
Handling maintenance requests with the support of AI-driven systems such as TAPI
Managing high-level arrears, disputes, and QCAT proceedings
Completing exit inspections and reports
Conducting six to eight routine inspections per week, efficiently scheduled
No entries, leasing, lease renewals, or application processing – allowing a focus on delivering exceptional service
