About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage the full sales process from appraisals through to settlement with a high level of care and attention
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients throughout and beyond the transaction
Stay up to date with market movements and provide tailored, strategic advice
Collaborate with a boutique team that is hands-on and committed at every stage
Represent a curated selection of high-quality homes with professionalism and integrity
Deliver premium outcomes for clients while nurturing long-term connections
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales
Proven ability to generate listings and close high-value transactions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A personal and professional approach that aligns with boutique agency values
Strong local knowledge of the Paradise Point market or surrounding coastal areas
A genuine passion for property, people, and premium service
