About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage end-to-end sales transactions from appraisal to settlement
Build relationships within the Yeronga and surrounding markets to generate leads and secure listings
Provide tailored advice and high-quality service to buyers and vendors
Work alongside a collaborative team of sales agents, property managers, and admin support
Stay up to date with evolving industry tools and strategies to remain competitive and client-focused
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a track record of $150K+ GCI
A client-first mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to prospect, list, and sell across a variety of property types
High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the agency’s brand with integrity
A team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to shared success
Familiarity with the Yeronga area or willingness to develop deep local knowledge
