Are you a Senior Property Manager with at least 2 years of experience, who would rather be productive in an office environment than driving all over town? You want stability and are looking to develop your skills, with the input of time and resources from a highly supportive team?
A well established agency in Rowville is looking for a property manager to fill a unique hybrid role, where you will be based in their Rowville office, managing a portfolio of approximately 180 properties for the Melbourne City office.
What's on offer:
Starting salary of $80k + super, with a potential increase once you have proven yourself

Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties for the Melbourne City Office
No requirement to be out driving around, there's an entire support team to do that for you
Your sole focus is to improve, retain and relationships with property owners, in order to grow the portfolio
Work with a team of genuine, committed individuals, offering an unmatched level of service
Incredible systems and support that ensure your role is streamlined and as stress-free as possible
What you need:
Minimum 2 years experience in Property Management
Fluent Mandarin speaking
Ability to collaborate with a supportive team
Be very proactive
Immaculate presentation
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
The desire and motivation to deliver a premium client experience
Current Agent's Representative Certificate and driver's license
