Our client is looking for a fresh and motivated sales cadets looking to kick off their career in the real estate industry, who wants to operate with high performing, service driven agents and environment to match.
This opportunity is well suited to sales cadets who are hungry and willing to learn with a strong work ethic behind them.
The Role:
Assisting to conduct open for inspections.
Handling phone and email enquires as they come through.
Assisting in preparing paperwork.
Conducting daily prospecting and maintaining an updated CRM database.
Learn to generate new buyer and seller leads
Full training provided.
Ideal candidate:
No experience needed as long as you have the drive.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Team oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude.
Competitive nature.
Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
