With 2 offices already thriving in the Brisbane suburbs of Graceville and Sherwood, you will have your choice of areas with the opening of a 3rd territory and office in the region soon too.
They are on the hunt for several Sales Associates (5 or 6), one being directly for the Principal themself and the rest for other top-performing Agents in the team already.
If you understand that starting in Real Estate is like an apprenticeship, no matter what you have done in the past, you need to start from the start and you need to ensure you get in with a business that has the capacity to mentor and train you for success.
About You:
Already have your Real Estate Cert/Licence completed and in hand.
Prepared to take guidance and training to learn the fundamentals and not skip the "hard parts."
Have your Drivers Licence.
Extremely well presented.
Great on the phones.
Can hold a conversation with many different people for all walks of life.
Determined to succeed.
Ready to work is a sales environment.
Organised.
Solid old school "Work Ethic".
Can work 6 Days a week.
Some previous "Sales" or Real Estate experience highly regarded.
About the Role:
$50k - $60k base + Comm/Bonuses. (OTE $90k - $100k)
Fully support a busy Agent like a Wingman or Golf Caddy.
Be prepared to make their life easier not harder.
Attend open homes on Saturdays and collect buyer enquiries.
Follow-up on the phones.
Call home owners and ask if they wanting to sell soon.
Door-Knocking.
Liaise with prospective buyers and sellers.
The whole aim being helping your lead Agent find more and sell more.
