A self-motivated agent currently writing a minimum of $300K GCI annually
A commitment to consistency, prospecting, and follow-up
Ambitious, professional, and ready to scale your income
Capable of managing your own listings, vendors, and pipeline
Looking for a better return without sacrificing brand, tools, or support
Strong sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and negotiation
Uphold the agency's reputation for professionalism, building strong client relationships
