Sales Agents | Epping & Surrounds | Retainer OR Commission Based

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Agent who is proud of their work, committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes, and eager to operate in a high-performing, supportive sales environment.

This role is perfect for an agent with a strong track record who wants to further develop their local reputation, improve their consistency, and build a long-term career throughout the Epping and surrounding areas.

The Role:

• Conduct appraisals and manage open for inspections

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email

• Negotiate with buyers and sellers to achieve strong results

• Undertake daily prospecting using CRM, calls, and door knocking

• Generate and convert new buyer and seller leads

• Maintain and grow a loyal client base

• Deliver a premium experience across every stage of the sales process

  
  

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential sales

• Proven sales results and consistent activity levels

• Strong local market knowledge

• Confident, professional communicator

• Driven, organised, and self-motivated

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
