About You 

• Must live in (or be re-locating to) the Sunshine Coast

• Ideally seeking a driven established agent with 3–5+ years of real estate sales experience

• Open to strong candidates with 1–2 years who demonstrate the right attitude and potential

• Valid Queensland Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• A self-motivated professional with excellent presentation

• Demonstrated a strong prospecting track record

• Experienced Strategic Negotiator
