Our clients was recently awarded the Sales Agent of the year in Queensland by REIQ and regularly sets the benchmark for sales volume across Brisbane's inner north. With a team that is growing and hitting their straps too, they are on the hunt for a gun Sales Admin team member that can make sure no detail is missed and everything stays on track.
About you:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Wizard-like organisational skills.
Great communication skills.
Ability to ensure all the correct information is collected and entered into the appropriate systems.
Great at motivating Sales Agents to get you what you need.
Thrive on volume and being busy, to almost OCD levels.
Looking for an Agency where you will be appreciated for your work ethic.
Drivers Licence.
Real Estate Sales Cert.
About the Role:
End to End responsibility of all Sales Contracts and forms.
Complete organisational oversight of the Sales Admin process.
Strong Communication to keep stakeholders updated on where things are at.
Join a team that is used to pushing high-volumes.
Immediate Start.
$70k - $85k + Bonuses depending on Exp.
Aspley location.
