Placed Australia is working with a well know brand who are seeking a Property Manager to hit the ground running and be welcomed to the family in a supportive team environment.
About You
2 years + experience in real estate
Experience in end to end property management, including VCAT
Time management efficiency
Previous experience with systems like PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express, TAPI & VIC Forms
Hold your Agent's Representative Certificate
Have a reliable car
About the Role:
$70k - $80k PLUS company car with fuel card. End to end management of 130 - 150 properties, with an assistant completing only condition reports and helping with some admin. You would also be working along side the Head of Department, BDM, Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. You would be responsible for:
Maintenance end to end
Liaising with renters and rental providers
Maintain low rent arrears
Complete lease renewals and rental increases
Ensure compliance is up to date
Complete exit condition reports
