What’s on offer:
$75k–$95k salary package (commensurate with experience)
Work-from-home flexibility after probation
A clean, manageable portfolio you can take pride in
Supportive, approachable leadership with no micromanaging
Strong team culture with mentorship and collaboration
Backing of a major national real estate brand
Key responsibilities:
Full end-to-end management of a residential portfolio
Entry, routine, and exit inspections
Tenant and landlord communication and relationship management
Lease renewals and tenancy documentation
Maintenance coordination and contractor management
Arrears management and general administration
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
Full driver’s licence and Agent’s Representative Registration (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
Why this role:
If you want a stable environment, genuine support, and leadership that treats you like a human being — not a robot — this is the kind of PM role that keeps people in the industry. It’s the best mix of autonomy, backing, and balance.
