Exciting opportunity for an experienced BDM to join this well-respected North Gold Coast Agency. In this role you will contribute to the Boutique agency's long-term growth and development and play a key part in their residential leasing and property management services all around the Gold Coast. About You:

• As Business Development Manager you will have a minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (or sales) within residential property management

• A customer service "Superstar" with a proven track record of successfully prospecting for and acquiring new clients

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills building long-term relationships

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Highly organised with great time management skills

• Real Estate Certificate or License essential

The Role:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients

• Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking

• Developing and implementation of effective marketing and sales strategies

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction for new and existing clients

• Provide guidance with regard to aspects of property management legislation.
