Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of properties
• Conduct ingoings and outgoings
• Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Attend tribunal hearings on behalf of landlords when required
• Work proactively and efficiently within the team
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute positively to the business
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong understanding of property management legislation and practices
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with Property Tree desirable (not essential)
• Positive attitude with a desire to continually grow and improve
