Are you an Experienced Property Manager looking for a new gig in Brisbane? Do you want to work with a team that only focuses on Property Management and not sales?
Our client's main focus is on Apartments and Residential Property in Brisbane's Inner City, Milton, Toowong, West End, Southbank etc.
They already have a tight-knit team for female PM's based in Milton, Brisbane and they have asked me to go on the hunt for one or 2 additional Property Managers in preparation for purchasing a new Rent Roll of 700.
About You:
Real Estate Certification already.
Experienced Residential Property Manager.
Exposure to Managing Portfolios of 120 - 150.
Love working in a supportive team environment.
Just want to focus on providing exceptional client service.
Drivers License
Experience with end-to-end PM
Conflict resolution and QCAT Disputes.
Entry & Exit Reporting.
Can start immediately.
