Our client is looking for a full time PM to cover a maternity leave for around 12 months who could then transition to a full-time permanent role as the business expands.

If you’re an experienced Property Manager ready to join a team of highly motivated, skilled agents, this is the opportunity for you. You will be overseeing rental arrears, lease renewals and maintenance requirements across a tidy portfolio as well as the usual entry, exit and routine inspections.

About You:

• Proven experience in Property Management of at least 1-2 years

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through without being micromanaged

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and trades

• A self-motivated agent who thrives in a collaborative team environment

• BDM and leasing skills would be an advantage

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

• Valid driver's license - use of company car.
