What you'll be doing -
Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work to ensure the properties are well-maintained
Handling tenant inquiries, processing applications, and managing the tenant lifecycle
Collecting and processing rent payments, and ensuring timely payment of landlord disbursements
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the properties and tenancies
Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise the performance of the property portfolio
Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
What we're looking for?
At least 2 years of experience in a property management role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the property management industry
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
A valid real estate license or Agents Rep Certificate

No Weekend Work
