About The Role
You will support the property management team across the day-to-day management of residential properties. Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine inspections, ingoings and outgoings
Supporting the team with leasing tasks, open homes, and application processing
Actioning maintenance requests and liaising with trades
Providing exceptional communication and service to landlords and tenants
General administrative support across the department
About You
You enjoy working with people, can prioritise well, and take pride in delivering great service. You will also have:
A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Details
Salary $65,000 - $80,000
Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu
Own car and drivers license
Certificate of Registration NSW essential
