The Role
This position combines leasing performance with business development.
You will be responsible for securing quality tenants quickly while also converting opportunities into signed management agreements.
This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting investors, running inspections, and closing deals.
Leasing & Vacancy Management
• Run open homes and private inspections
• Manage enquiry flow and applicant communication
• Process applications and secure quality tenants
• Minimise vacancy days
• Conduct ingoing and routine reports
• Deliver a professional leasing experience for landlords and tenants
Business Development
• Convert appraisal leads into signed managements
• Prospect within the Eastern Suburbs market
• Build referral relationships with agents, developers and investors
• Conduct confident listing presentations
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline activity
What Success Looks Like
• Consistent leasing results and minimal vacancy periods
• Strong conversion rate from appraisal to management
• Active pipeline and weekly prospecting activity
• Clear reporting and accountability
• Landlords who feel confident they chose the right advisor
This is a performance-based role with the support to succeed.
What You’ll Bring
• 1 to 2 or more years experience in leasing or business development
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong closing ability
• Confidence in listing presentations
• High energy with a professional approach
• Strong organisation and follow-through
