As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, be mentored by the principal while you receive on-the-job training and support. You will assist with:
Coordinating routine inspections, entry and exit reports
Assisting with lease renewals, maintenance requests, and general property tasks
Communicating with tenants, landlords, and trades in a professional manner
Using modern software systems to manage daily responsibilities
Accelerated learning as you are backed by a team of 3 administration staff
You will have:
A strong client service focus
The ability to work in a busy team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your Victorian Agents Rep Certificate
A driver's license and your own vehicle are essential
Great time management and organisational skills
You are well presented and confident
You live in Ballarat or the surrounding area
