Our client is seeking a driven Experienced Sales Agent with ambition, discipline, and a genuine commitment to growing their career within a high-performing sales environment. This opportunity offers strong a clear pathway for agents who want to elevate their performance within the Chelsea, Patterson Lakes and surrounding areas.

Agents with with a proven track record of consistent sales activity are encouraged to apply. This role would be a retainer based role.

The Role:

• Conducting appraisals and open for inspections.

• Handling phone and email enquires as they come through.

• Negotiating with prospective clients.

• Conduct daily prospecting activities, including calls and door knocking.

• Generate new buyer and seller leads.

• Maintain strong client relationships.

• Deliver a premium client experience throughout every sales campaign.

  
  
  
  

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years real estate sales experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Chelsea, Patterson Lakes and surrounding areas.

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

• Strong tailored negotiation skills are a must.

• Ambitious and self-motivated.

• Team-oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude.

• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate.

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
