The Role:
As a Lead Agent, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with our administrative and marketing team to execute high-quality campaigns
Maintaining a strong presence in the marketplace and contributing to our team culture
Prospecting and generating new listing opportunities through your established networks and proactive outreach. You will also have access to our extensive homegrown database
Managing the end-to-end sales process, from appraisal to settlement
Delivering exceptional service and results to clients

What you’ll bring -
A valid Real Estate Licence or Agent’s Representative Certificate
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a real estate sales agent (residential)
A proven track record in listings and closed sales
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
Self-motivation, professionalism, and a passion for results
Strong local knowledge of the Melbourne Inner North (preferred)
