Experienced Property Manager | Merrylands & Surrounding Suburbs

A respected and growing real estate agency in Sydney’s Western Suburbs is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to join their established team. Based in Merrylands, this role offers the chance to manage a well-maintained, local portfolio with the support of a committed leadership team and solid backend processes in place.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-end management of a tidy, local residential portfolio

• Handling all routine inspections, ingoings/outgoings, and rent reviews

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and tenant communications

• Liaising with landlords to provide updates, advice, and peace of mind

• Managing arrears and ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation

• Working alongside leasing and accounts support for an efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management

• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Confident with property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Console, or similar)

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
