We’re searching for a driven and confident Business Development Manager to join a growing agency in the heart of Ripley. If you’re passionate about property and love building relationships, this role offers flexibility, support, and real earning potential.

About the Role

As the BDM, you’ll be the face of the business when it comes to new client engagement. Your role is focused on growing the rental portfolio, building strong relationships with local property investors and owners, and converting leads into long-term managements.

With access to tools like ID4ME and the ability to work from home, you’ll have the autonomy to plan your week, prospect effectively, and achieve meaningful results — while being supported by a collaborative team who values growth and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and convert new property management leads in the Ripley area.
Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and referral partners.
Conduct rental appraisals, present management proposals, and secure signed authorities.
Track leads and maintain accurate reporting in line with KPIs.
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
