They’re currently looking for multiple agents across industrial, retail, medical, large-format showroom and mid-cap fringe-CBD transactions.

What They’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial sales and/or leasing

• Existing client base or established network preferred

• Confident operator who’s “game ready” – no hand-holding required

• Interest or experience in medical or showroom/large format highly desirable

What’s On Offer:

• $65K–$80K base salary (depending on experience), plus uncapped commissions

• Clear commission structure – earn 50% after hitting $180K in fees
