You have strong communication skills, are able to build relationships easily and are a gun at negotiation to get the best outcome for your clients. You are comfortable to manage the full sales process from prospecting and appraisals through to negotiation and settlement, so you know will thrive with the opportunity to sell in this prestigious suburb of Camberwell. If you are bilingual that will be a bonus but is not essential.
