Placed Australia is working with a leading real estate agency in Canning Vale to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Director across sales and operations.
This is not a standard EA role - the successful candidate will need to hold an unrestricted Real Estate Sales License, as they will play a pivotal part in property settlements and sales transactions. Alongside a base salary, there is significant commission earning potential tied to settlements.
About the Role
The EA will act as the Director’s right hand, managing day-to-day operations, client relationships, and property transactions. This role requires someone capable of stepping up, taking charge, and “running the show” when the Director is not available.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the Director’s calendar and property schedules
Coordinating open homes, private viewings, and inspections
Preparing and finalising contracts, settlement documents and sales paperwork
Supporting negotiations and liaising with buyers, sellers and agents
Assisting with marketing and administration of listings.
About You
We’re seeking a motivated professional with:
An unrestricted WA Real Estate Sales License (essential)
1–2 years’ experience in sales, property management or EA support within real estate
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

$70,000 incl. Super + $1000 commission per settlement
