Provide exceptional administrative and campaign assistance to support lead sales agent
Assist with buyer management
Complete open and private inspections
Attend building inspections and bank valuations
Attend pre-sale appointments
Compile accurate market analysis’
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns
Liaise with clients to generate new business opportunities and enhance the database to drive future growth.

What We're Looking For?

Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate 4 in Property
Exceptional attention to detail and has a can-do attitude
Possess outstanding customer service skills & excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales team
Proven track record of managing and completing multiple tasks within tight deadlines
High degree of computer literacy (ie: Microsoft, Outlook etc
Current driver's license & a reliable vehicle
