Entry Level Property Management / Sales Agent Assistant – Pacific Pines $50K–$65K + Super | Full-Time | Saturdays Required

Based in our Pacific Pines office, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both property management and sales, giving you the chance to explore where your strengths lie and decide the direction you want to take your real estate journey.

Each week will bring something different – some weeks you’ll be assisting the sales team, while other weeks you’ll be working alongside our property managers. You’ll be supported with on-the-job training and surrounded by a team who genuinely wants to see you succeed.

The Role

• Assist with open homes, buyer inspections, and general sales support

• Support the property management team with routine inspections, leasing appointments, and administration

• Prepare marketing materials, contracts, and documents using real estate software

• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and buyers with a friendly, professional approach

• Keep systems and databases up to date and accurate

• Deliver outstanding service across all areas of the business

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)

• A strong interest in real estate and willingness to learn both sales and property management

• Professional presentation and clear communication skills

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• A proactive and positive attitude with a team-first mindset

• Availability to work Saturdays as part of your weekly roster

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
