Our client is a specialist in the commercial agency space and services the Inner-West & South Sydney markets and beyond.
They are seeking a driven and enthusiastic person to join their busy team, assisting one of the directors with a wide range of tasks relating to listing and transacting commercial property including marketing preparation, presenting to prospective clients, assisting buyers, tenants & their consultants with enquiries and inspections and more.
The role :
• Identifying & securing new opportunities
• Preparing submissions
• Liaising with and reporting to clients
• Coordinating property marketing
• Conducting inspections with buyers, tenants, valuers and consultants
• Working in the industrial, development site, office & retail sectors
About you:
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Vehicle & driver’s license
• Experience in commercial or residential agency preferred - 2-3 years ideally
