Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Manage and educate buyers on real estate knowledge and skills

• Coordinate buyer appointments effectively

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within designated areas

• Schedule and confirm client appointments for your agent

• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences for all buyers

• Prepare reports 

• Assist in appraisals

• Attend property inspections and valuations (Saturday work required)

• Generate qualified leads and develop a strong prospect pipeline for your agent

• Handle some negotiations 

• Attend to inquiries and follow up post-inspection with attendees

• Attend auctions and conduct buyer qualification prior to bidding

• Participate in regular coaching and training sessions

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Initiative, organisational skills, and effective time management

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong work ethic and professional presentation

• Hold a current Agent Representative Certificate, driver’s license, and reliable vehicle

• 1-2 years sales and/or real estate experience is advantageous
